Copy. Paste. Chase. Repeat.
If your team spends its day moving information between systems, checking task progress and reminding people what needs to happen next, the problem might not be the people. It might be the process.
Perhaps your sales team closes a deal, but delivery still relies on someone copying details into a spreadsheet. Or your managers spend Friday afternoons chasing updates that should already be available in ClickUp.
What would you change if you had 26 hours of dedicated ClickUp expertise to work on it?
Kodah is celebrating being named the top performing ClickUp Sales Partner in 2026 by giving 26 eligible existing ClickUp clients 26 hours of free, hands on support each.
We’re calling it 26 FOR 26. If you’ve been planning a better workflow, exploring an integration or looking at what automation and agents could do for your business, we want to hear about it.
Why Kodah Is Launching 26 FOR 26
Being named the top performing ClickUp Sales Partner in 2026 is an achievement worth celebrating. We’re marking the occasion by putting our expertise to work for more of the ClickUp community.
You don’t need to be an existing Kodah client to enter. The campaign is open to eligible existing ClickUp clients, including businesses that haven’t worked with our team before.
We’re interested in genuine business challenges and ideas with a clear purpose. You might need to improve an existing process, connect systems that currently work in isolation or explore a new way of managing work in ClickUp.
You don’t need a polished technical plan. Start with the problem you’d like to solve and the outcome you’re hoping to achieve.
What Could You Achieve With 26 Hours of ClickUp Support?
The opportunity isn’t limited to fixing broken workflows. You might already use ClickUp successfully but want to get more from your existing setup.
Kodah is particularly interested in challenges involving workflow design, integrations, automations, agents and Workspace improvements.
Build ClickUp Workflows Around Your Business
Imagine your sales team closes a deal, but the handover to delivery still depends on emails, manual updates and someone remembering to create the next set of tasks.
A better ClickUp workflow could capture the necessary information, assign responsibilities, manage approvals and give both teams visibility into progress.
The same approach might help with client onboarding, internal service requests, project delivery or approvals across departments.
Tell us how the process works today, where it gets stuck and what you’d like to happen instead. We’ll assess the requirements and agree on a practical scope for the available hours.
Connect ClickUp With Your Existing Systems
When your business relies on several platforms, keeping information consistent takes time. Your CRM might hold the latest client details while ClickUp manages delivery, leaving someone responsible for updating both.
An integration could help information move between the systems at the right point in the process, reducing duplicate data entry and unnecessary handovers.
Share which platforms you use, what information needs to move and what should trigger the next action. Kodah will assess the available integration options, access requirements and technical feasibility before agreeing on the work.
Explore ClickUp Automations and Agents
Some tasks take time because people have to remember to do them. Assigning the next owner, chasing an overdue approval or notifying another department when work reaches a particular stage might be suitable for automation.
You may also have a more ambitious idea involving an agent. For example, an agent could help prepare a weekly project update using relevant ClickUp information, flag outstanding items and draft a summary for a team member to review.
The right approach depends on the available capabilities, permissions, data access and level of human oversight required.
You don’t need to arrive with a technical specification. Explain what you’d like the automation or agent to accomplish, and we’ll explore what’s feasible.
Improve Your ClickUp Workspace and Reporting
Sometimes the opportunity is already sitting within your existing setup.
Your dashboards might not give managers the visibility they need. Different departments might follow different processes, or some employees might still rely on spreadsheets because the ClickUp Workspace doesn’t reflect how they work.
Support could focus on improving Workspace structure, refining dashboards, standardising processes or helping teams make better use of existing features.
Tell us which part of your setup needs attention and what a better result would look like.
Prioritise the ClickUp Challenge That Matters Most
Your idea doesn’t have to fit neatly into one category. It might combine workflow design, integrations, automations and reporting across several teams.
When preparing your entry, start with the business outcome rather than the technology you’d like to use.
If three departments are involved in a slow approval process, identify the bottleneck that’s causing the biggest delay. If several systems need to connect, explain which information flow would make the greatest difference.
You don’t need to solve the technical side yourself. We want to understand what is holding your team back and what you’d like to change.
If your ambition extends beyond what 26 hours could reasonably cover, we’ll work with you to identify a useful starting point and agree on an achievable scope.
How To Prepare Your 26 FOR 26 Entry
You don’t need a formal project proposal. A clear explanation of the challenge, the people involved and the result you’re aiming for gives us a useful starting point.
Include the following in your submission:
- Your current ClickUp setup. Which teams and processes use the platform?
- Your main priority. What problem or opportunity would you most like to address?
- How the process works today. Where do delays, manual tasks or communication gaps occur?
- Other systems involved. Which applications or platforms need to connect with ClickUp?
- Your intended outcome. What would a successful result look like for your business?
Specific details help. Instead of asking for more automation, explain which actions should happen automatically, what should trigger them and where a person still needs to review or approve the result.
That gives Kodah a clearer picture of the requirements and helps establish what can realistically be achieved within the available hours.
What Do the 26 Free ClickUp Support Hours Include?
Each of the 26 successful applicants will receive 26 hours of dedicated Kodah expertise at no charge.
Depending on the agreed scope, support may include:
- Workflow design and ClickUp configuration
- Integration planning and implementation
- Automation or agent builds
- Testing and refinement
- Training and documentation
The work will be agreed with each successful applicant after the submissions have been assessed.
The 26 hours represent dedicated support time, not a guarantee that every project will be completed in full. The work involved will depend on the challenge, technical requirements, available access and platform capabilities.
Where third party tools, additional software licences or other fees are required, these will be addressed during the scope discussion. They are not included in the free support hours.
Full eligibility requirements, selection criteria and campaign Terms and Conditions apply.
