We’re excited to introduce Eugene Malan, the newest member of the Kodah family.

A People-First Mindset

Eugene joins Kodah with a genuine passion for technology, teamwork, and continuous growth. What drew him in wasn’t just the work, it was the culture. He was inspired by Kodah’s people-first approach and the team’s focus on alignment and collaboration.

As Eugene puts it, “They’re not just filling seats, they’re building something cohesive, where everyone’s presence matters.”

What He’s Excited to Work On

As a result of this new role, Eugene is looking forward to utilizing innovative technology, as well as challenging himself to grow as an individual, both as a professional and a person. His outlook on life is centered on a very simple, yet effective, motto: “Look for ways to serve, not to be served.” This outlook has a significant influence on the way he works, the way he works together with others, as well as the way he contributes to the success of those around him.

Life Outside of Work

When Eugene is not exploring innovative technology, he loves spending time outdoors with his family, exploring new walking paths, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying good company. If he appears a bit distracted, there is a good chance he is admiring cars he probably cannot afford.
